I have just discovered your website Kelly…..this is the first recipe I have tried for my 5 year old son who is allergic to dairy, egg and peanut……it is YUM!!!! My husband is a huge fan, so I am soon going to try some more recipes – I actually found your site when looking for an egg-free recipe for cinnamon rolls, so maybe those will be next. Thank you for all your work!

Debby, I would use the banana bread recipe in my book for a delicious banana bread. I think you could try to fill this batter into a 9 inch loaf pan, only about halfway. Let me know! Kelly, I can’t wait to make this! The muffins are my family’s favorite and this looks super easy!
And, congrats on the pregnancy- how did I miss this? I read your blog all the time! I am expecting, too. . .but I am still in the “all-food-makes-me-want-to-vomit” phase I am sure this recipe will be a staple in the “what am i going to bake next” phase!

The banana choco chip muffins were the first recipe I made from your book. So YUM-O! My 14 month old (with dairy, soy, egg, peanut & tree nut allergies) LOVES them too. Can’t wait to try this cake. You’ve made me feel so much better about having a child with food allergies – there is hope! My Christmas list is made up of tons of baking supplies! Thanks for the inspiration!
