My milk/egg-allergic daughter will be in 1st grade next year, and with that comes the worry of school lunches. By browsing your blog, I feel I have the tools and information to approach our school and the cafeteria personnel and hopefully encounter the same success and cooperation you've had. To our little family, you are a pioneer of Food Allergy Awareness - thank you!!! (ps - we love your cookbook and requested that our library purchase it, and they did!) The MOCHA meetings sound wonderful. I will have to look into them since I am in the Chicago suburbs. I'm also going to look into getting involved in the Food Allergy Study. I didn't know about it.
