Love that Miryam..so sweet of you to say! I’ll have to remember that (I lived on a kibbutz and only know a little Hebrew)! Erna, thanks so much for your order and support! Can’t wait to hear how the recipes work out for you! I’ve been asked a lot lately about writing another food allergy cookbook…and one with recipes to feed at other meals. I guess I haven’t given it serious thought only because I always have found baking allergen free to be more challenging than cooking dinner, etc. But that isn’t to say that I wouldn’t plan on one in the future. I guess I’d love to hear from everyone else what kind of book they’d find more useful.

Congratulations on the great book review! You deserve it! You’re recipes have changed the way I view my son’s food allergies! He doesn’t have to “miss out” on all the goodies anymore! It really has been such an eye opener! Best wishes for you and the new baby on the way!

Hi Kelly! I would LOVE to do your oat pancakes but my youngest is very sensitive to oats. If he gets over that, your pancakes will be one of our first things to try! Thank you for all the recipes. Congratulations! Well deserved! We love all your recipes! My two year old son’s teacher told me the other day that the other kids in his class always try to sit in his seat during snack and lunch times since his food always looks so good. (They have a cafeteria that delivers food, which most of it is not safe for my son…)
