When people think of cocaine or crystal methamphetamine, also called Shabu in Southeast Asia, it’s very easy for people to imagine the evil of such biochemical compounds. It’s very easy to see that these substances can turn people into addicts and make them act against their better judgment and cause all sorts of trouble. It’s very easy to see that these crystals can cause all sorts of negative health effects.
Why stop there? Did you know that there is another crystal that is also white, also pure, and also deadly? This substance is also very sweet. I am of course talking about sugar. A lot of people have a tough time accepting this. Let’s face it, when we taste something sweet, we automatically associate it with something pleasant. We automatically think about happy childhood memories, we think about the times where we’re experiencing a nice emotional lift or even a nice emotional rush.
We often associate sugar with feelings of contentment, well-being, and a sense of being fulfilled at some level or other. Unfortunately, those are just feelings. Those are just associations. Believe it or not, if you want to, you can transfer those mental and emotional psychological associations to something else. You can transfer it to salt. You can transfer it to even bitter melon. I know that sounds crazy, but you can do that. That’s how powerful your mind is. It’s just an emotional association, but if we’re talking about the biochemical reality of sugar we end up looking at a very bleak picture.
It turns out that sugar is quite an evil compound. There is really no other way to say it. I know it’s not politically correct. I know that this cut against the grain and maybe rubs a lot of people the wrong way but I don’t care. The truth has to get out there. In a research study after research study, I’m talking about research done within the last five years, sugar has been linked to all sorts of negative health conditions. Whether we’re talking about hypertension, the thickening of arteries, working with fat to produce all sorts of negative health effects for the cardiovascular system, sugar is bad news.
On top of this, sugar has been linked to certain types of cancer. That’s right, cancer. If you think about it, this really should not be a surprise because it turns out that cancer cells love sugar. It’s their primary food. That’s how they thrive. On the other end of the ledger so to speak is fat. It turns out that when you break down fat and turn it into ketone fuels, cancer cells wouldn’t know what to do with them. So what happens. Cancer cells starve.
Do yourself a big favor. You might want to look into the wide range of allergic reactions or autoimmune symptoms you are exhibiting. You should also correlate the information you find with your eating habits. Pay attention to a new plan. Is there sugar, that’s obvious. After you’ve taken out the obvious sugar, look for not so obvious sugar. Look for starch. Look for sugar replacers that use sugar like molecules.
Whatever the case may be, cut out sugar and go on some sort of sugar fast. Do yourself a big favor and do this. I know it’s inconvenient. I know it’s not exactly easy, but do it. Do it for yourself. Do it for your loved ones. See where you are after maybe seven days of a sugar fast.
Chances are very good that you would’ve lost weight, your acne or your skin issues would’ve cleared up, you’re probably thinking more clearly because your nervous system is not as inflamed, this was clogged up with brain fog as before, and you’re probably feeling a lot better because your blood vessels are not as inflamed by sugar as before. Who knew, right. Do yourself a big favor. Pay close attention to the possibility that you might be allergic to sugar at some level or other.
